ORDERS & PICKUPS

Thank you for choosing to shop with us! We’re excited to offer a convenient in-store pickup option for your wine purchases. Please take a moment to review our pickup policy to ensure a smooth and seamless experience.
Order Confirmation & Processing
- Order Confirmation: Once you place your order online, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing your purchase.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within the same business day. You will be notified by email or SMS when your order is ready for pickup.
Pickup Location & Hours
Pickup Location: Your order will be ready for pickup at 7WINE6 Store, located at 912 Elmwood Ave, Buffalo NY.
Pickup Hours: Our pickup hours are Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 am till 9:00 pm. We are closed on Sundays. Please plan to pick up your order during these hours.
Required Documentation
To ensure the safe and accurate release of your order, please bring the following:
- Order Confirmation: A printed or digital copy of your order confirmation email.
- Valid Photo ID: A government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, etc.) showing you are 21 years or older. We are unable to release alcoholic beverages to anyone under 21.
- Authorized Pickup: If someone else will be picking up your order on your behalf, they must provide:
- A copy of the order confirmation email.
- A valid photo ID of the authorized person.
- A signed authorization by the original purchaser (you).
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Order Modifications: Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. Once your order has been processed, we cannot modify or cancel it.
- Unclaimed Orders: If you fail to pick up your order within **7 days** of the notification email, your order will be canceled and a restocking fee may apply.
Shipping & Delivery
- No Shipping for Pickup Orders: Orders placed for pickup cannot be shipped. Pickup must be completed at the designated store location.
- Delivery Options: If you need your wine delivered, please contact us to explore our delivery options.
Quality Assurance*
- Our team carefully inspects each order before it’s ready for pickup. If there is any issue with your order upon pickup (e.g., damaged bottles, incorrect products), please bring it to our attention immediately. We will work to resolve any issues promptly.
